Family Reunions
The Wilmington River Home provides ideal accommodations for your family reunion or gathering! With five king bedrooms and a pull-out couch, as well as four living room spaces, we offer plenty of room for the whole family to gather while also enjoying privacy and ample space. In addition, our spacious waterfront backyard is a lovely open area for family barbecues, coffee on the porch in the light of the sunrise, and playing outside with the kids!
Films
The Wilmington River Home can accommodate filming for production companies that can provide their business information and Certificate of Insurance. The bright light of the home as well as its sprawling floorplan renders the home a beautiful setting for the large or small screen!
CORPOrate events
Multiple rooms within the Wilmington River Home are outfitted with desks with embedded USB ports, and the entire property boasts fast wifi speeds as well as numerous spaces to retreat for individual work or gather for meetings and conference presentations. With four separate gathering spaces accommodating up to 10 people each, the home is the perfect setting to gather your workplace outside of the "hustle and bustle"!
