The home is comprised of a 1940s home, rumored to be originally built by Chicago mobsters - and a newly updated open concept addition from the 1990s. Boasting over 4000sqft, there is plenty of room for everyone to comfortably spread out throughout the sprawling home. Three of the original 1940s bathrooms throughout the home. Furniture throughout the property is brand new. Every bedroom and living space has a Roku TV for streaming Netflix and a variety of other streaming services from your personal account.

Five bedrooms have brand-new king-sized beds and a second-floor loft has a sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized bed. A spacious and fully outfitted kitchen is complete with dining table that seats 8 and a bar for an additional 4, all overlooking the beautiful coastal views! Additional dining room seats and additional 8 for a total of 20 seated guests for dinner! There is also an outdoor table and chairs on a covered patio if those views entice you outside. Guest access Parking in front in the uncovered driveway. Room for 4 cars. No access to the garage OR dock. Other things to note The DOCK is not included with this rental—there is no access to it for you or your guests. If you trespass onto the dock by walking or parking a boat there, your reservation will be terminated immediately without refund. The marble fireplace in the home is NOT functional, as the chimney has been covered and fireplace is not be used by guests under any circumstances.

**Note*** Stays overlapping St. Patrick's Day requires a 5 night minimum. Any guest that books for less than this will be canceled and refunded. Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.
